Fugro-Geoteam AS seeks an exceptional Proposal Specialist-Marine Assest Integrity to lead the coordination of high-quality responses to Client inquiries, including opportunities, requests for information, and proposals.

This role requires a strong background in field & technical experience and the ability to mentor junior team members. We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience in Survey, offshore Experience Inspection & Monitoring (I&M), and construction support either in the Oil & Gas or Renewable Industry.

  • We seek an individual who can complete entire costing, risk management, and opportunities with minimal supervision.
  • The selected candidate will coordinate and compile responses to Client requests, including proposals and information requests.
  • Active tracking of proposals and Client responses with status updates is crucial to success.
  • This role demands taking ownership of proposal development, ensuring compliance with company standards and best practices.
  • The ideal candidate must support compliance with Tender Governance Policy gates during proposal development.
  • Developing and implementing proposal management and proposal schedules is essential to meeting deadlines.
  • This role involves facilitating strategy sessions and overseeing proposal production to ensure timely delivery.
  • We need someone who ensures Client requirements are fully met and consistent with company branding.
  • Managing the development of Client presentations and post-bid submissions is critical to the success of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Survey, offshore Experience Inspection & Monitoring (I&M), and construction support either in the Oil & Gas or Renewable Industry is required.
  • At least 5 years of offshore field experience in Survey, Engineering, or Project/Package Management is necessary.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Experience with proposal management is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint is mandatory.
