Your Responsibilities
  • Prepare tailored sales proposals, accurately calculating and checking prices and financial comparisons before sending them out.
  • Develop presentations and other sales collateral, ensuring consistency and an elevated design aesthetic.
  • Liaise with the Proposals Manager to prioritize proposals across multiple time zones and amongst the Proposals team.
  • Collaborate with Sales Vice Presidents to tailor their proposals and ensure follow-up.
  • Assist with RFPs and corporate tenders, working closely with Sales Vice Presidents and multiple departments.
  • Review and update proposal templates in the library to ensure they remain current and relevant.
  • Maintain an up-to-date and accurate log of all proposals prepared for the Program Sales team.
  • Conduct analytical projects focusing on proposal conversions and regional trends.
