Job Description
Bid and Tendering Specialist
As a Bid and Tendering Specialist at Albaddad Group, you will play a crucial role in leading the full bid lifecycle for industrial and construction projects. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the entire bid process, from identifying opportunities to submitting proposals, while ensuring compliance with RFP requirements and deadlines.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the bid process, including identifying opportunities, developing bid strategies, and submitting proposals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored bid strategies and pricing models.
  • Research and monitor public and private sector tender portals to identify new opportunities.
  • Lead proposal development, including drafting compelling content and participating in negotiation sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in bidding and tendering, preferably for construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of GCC market dynamics, procurement regulations, and contract laws.
  • Proven track record of managing and winning complex bids for large-scale projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with bid management tools.
