We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Blue Iris Software Trading LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and enhancing customer relationships through effective communication and relationship-building.

Job Overview

The Tele Caller Executive role is crucial in promoting company services and products to potential customers, understanding customer needs, and offering solutions and support. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to learn about products and services, and negotiate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to promote company services and products
  • Understanding customer needs and offering solutions and support
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong customer relationships
  • Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Following up on leads and converting them into sales

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and other languages (preferable)
  • Proven experience as a tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Good negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
