Job Description

The Sales Director Luxury Cosmetics will spearhead the sales strategy and execution for our luxury cosmetic products in the UAE. This role entails leading a high-performing sales team, forging partnerships with luxury retailers, ensuring top-tier brand presence, and driving substantial revenue growth aligned with our expansion goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Craft and implement a robust sales strategy to establish and grow the brand in the luxury cosmetics market.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a dynamic, results-driven sales team to meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Partnership Development: Foster and maintain strong relationships with luxury retailers, distributors, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on opportunities for market growth within the UAE and potential Middle Eastern regions.
  • Sales Forecasting & Budgeting: Develop accurate sales forecasts, manage budgets effectively, and align them with profit objectives.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure the brand delivers an exceptional, luxury-aligned customer experience.
  • Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to elevate the brand's presence in the UAE market.
  • Sales Reporting: Analyze and report on sales performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations to senior management to meet and exceed targets.
  • Product Launches: Collaborate with marketing and product teams for successful new product launches, ensuring maximum market impact.
  • Market Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth in the luxury segment.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 8-10 years of sales experience in luxury retail, cosmetics, or a related sector.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Market Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the UAE luxury market, including consumer behavior and key retail partnerships.
  • Networking: Established relationships with luxury retailers, distributors, and key industry contacts in the region.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Results-Oriented: Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Passion for Luxury & Beauty: A genuine passion for luxury brands and the cosmetics industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields; MBA preferred.
  • Preferred Skills: Strong negotiation and influencing abilities, excellent analytical skills for forecasting and sales performance evaluation, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adaptability to evolving market trends.

Salary Range

A competitive salary range between AED 30,000 - AED 50,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
