About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Precision Hire Solution. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic partnerships and account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and Maintain Relationships

Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate hotels and spas to drive business growth and revenue.

Set Sales Targets and Strategies

Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the team through effective sales strategies and tactics.

Manage P&L and Budget

Manage the profit and loss (P&L) for the B2B channel and ensure effective budget management.

Provide Excellent Customer Service

Handle and respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Identify New Business Opportunities

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to drive business growth and revenue.

Negotiate Contracts and Agreements

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure long-term business partnerships.

Maximize Sales and Revenue

Maximize sales and revenue through effective sales strategies and tactics.

Oversee Receivables and Inventory

Oversee the collection of receivables and inventory management to ensure effective cash flow and stock management.

Provide Market Feedback

Provide market feedback to the commercial team regarding market trends and customer needs.

Coordinate with Marketing and Supply Chain Teams

Coordinate with the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure effective marketing and supply chain management.

Requirements
  • B2B Sales Experience

5 years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Language Skills

English fluency and Arabic language mandate.

Negotiation and Relationship-Building Skills

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills to drive business growth and revenue.

Leadership and Management Skills

Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role to lead and manage a team of sales representatives.

Ability to Work Under Pressure

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines to drive business growth and revenue.
