**Business Development Opportunity in Dubai**

TalentSource International is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across various industries.

The successful candidate will excel in presenting tailored solutions to clients while managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities through market research, referrals, and networking events;
  • Develop comprehensive business development plans to drive company growth objectives;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business development strategies;
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform data-driven decision-making;
  • Promote the company's brand and expand its presence in key markets;
  • Deliver high-quality presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or business development, preferably in software sales;
  • Proven track record of managing high-value client relationships and closing significant deals;
  • Degree in Marketing or Business Administration;
  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel for industry events and client meetings;
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, and Microsoft Office;
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients.
