About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Business Development and Expansion to join our team at Dubai Holding. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies that drive revenue growth and expansion.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business development strategies that drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, product innovations, and market expansion.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably with a master's degree.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in deals advisory or consulting, preferably with Big 4 or McKinsey, BCG, Bain and Co, Oliver Wyman.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in using data to drive business decisions and excellent Excel skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across various teams and departments.
  • Experience in identifying market opportunities and creating revenue-generating strategies, with strong financial acumen and understanding of revenue models and profit margins.
