About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Executive to drive the success and continued growth of Amazon Ads. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling our advertising solutions and driving sales across multiple platforms to mid-to-large brand and performance advertisers and their agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Advertising Solutions Expertise: Understand Amazon's advertising opportunities and tools to help build relevant advertising solutions for our advertisers and deliver the highest level of sales and customer service to them.
  2. Deal Closure and Revenue Growth: Drive deals to closure in a new business environment and retain and grow revenue from existing advertisers.
  3. Internal Partnerships: Work closely and partner with internal teams, such as retail, account management, and marketplace, to deliver strategic advertising solutions.
  4. Industry Knowledge: Understand and learn about the e-commerce industry and competitive environment, including knowledge of competitive product offerings.
  5. Sales Performance: Utilize Sales CRM tools to track all pertinent account information and sales progress, as well as forecast and prioritize to achieve quarterly quota goals.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in sales, marketing, or management.
  2. Sales Experience: Sales experience, ideally in the advertising, media, or agency landscape, and a proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals via new and existing business.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  4. Sales CRM Tools: Able to utilize Sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar programs.
  5. Analytical and Communication Skills: Strong ability to independently deliver against short-term immediate goals and long-term strategic objectives, with excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  6. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a data-driven approach to providing solutions.
  7. Business Fluency: Business fluent English.

  1. Language Skills: Business fluent Arabic.
  2. Industry Experience: Experience in the advertising, media, or agency landscape.
