Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet and welcome guests, answer questions, and address complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage incoming calls, redirect messages, receive and distribute mail, packages, and other correspondence.
- Administrative Support: Prepare outgoing mail, draft correspondence, and secure parcels as needed.
- Office Management: Monitor office supplies, place orders, and maintain updated records and files.
- Financial Management: Monitor office expenses and costs, and ensure all work is delivered to a high-quality standard.
- Policy Implementation: Ensure office policies and procedures are implemented and applied appropriately to all internal and external customers.
- Performance Management: Meet agreed performance targets and standards, and undertake special assignments as allocated by the Manager.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: Proven experience as a front desk executive or equivalent role in a logistics industry, with a minimum of 3 years.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English (oral and written), with the ability to speak Arabic or other languages an advantage.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
- Nationality: Emirati National preferred.
