- Handle client complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary, upholding our commitment to excellence.
- Minimum 2 years of experience preferably within a wellness or hospitality setup, demonstrating relevant skills and expertise.
- Bachelor's degree/diploma or equivalent, showcasing academic achievement.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role preferred, highlighting transferable skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with booking and scheduling software, ensuring technical proficiency.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, allowing for efficient task management.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations, upholding our center's high standards.
- Friendly and customer-focused attitude, reflecting our commitment to exceptional service.
- Knowledge of wellness practices, equipment, and services is a plus, showcasing expertise.
- Presentable with excellent communication skills in English, ensuring effective communication.
- Ability to stand and walk for a continuous period, meeting physical demands.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds, ensuring physical capability.
Full-time. Could be opening shift, closing shift, or mid-shift, accommodating various schedules.
