Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Manpower Middle East. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the reception area, and ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression of our company.
- Reception Management: Direct visitors to the appropriate staff member or department, maintain a clean and organized reception area, and manage the flow of visitors and phone calls.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, handling tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and document distribution.
- Communication: Answer phones courteously and efficiently, directing calls to the appropriate personnel, and compose and send professional emails and correspondence.
- Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and filing systems, and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
