Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Caliberly. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Receptionist and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Prepare gate passes and manage meeting room availability.
- Handle queries and complaints via phone and email, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
- Transfer calls as necessary and take messages for staff members.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and poise in all interactions.
- Ensure excellent command of spoken and written English, as well as computer literacy.
- Be well-versed in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Receptionist.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Well-organized and able to multitask effectively.
Working Conditions
