Product Development Leader for Institutional Exchange

Crypto is seeking a seasoned Product Development Leader to drive the development of our Institutional Exchange platform. This individual will be responsible for leading the product roadmap, defining product requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in product management, with a strong background in exchange/institutional trading/prime brokerage platforms. They will possess a data-informed work style, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, engineers, QA, marketing, compliance, and growth teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Roadmap Management:
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap for the Institutional Exchange platform
• Prioritize initiatives and projects effectively - Feature Definition and Development:
• Define features and product outcomes by leading and documenting product specifications and requirements
• Collaborate closely with lead developers to develop technical solutions - Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
• Work closely with designers to develop user interfaces and experiences
• Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure comprehensive test plans - Market Awareness and Representation:
• Stay close to market and industry trends
• Represent the domain in communications with cross-functional teams
