Front Desk Manager

As a Reception Manager at Kerzner International Management, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to guests, meeting their needs, and creating an unforgettable experience. You will form strong relationships with guests, local residents, and regulars, and act as a sales ambassador to encourage repeat custom and capture new business.

About You

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- You must have minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or restaurant
