Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • You will be responsible for managing reservations, check-in, and check-out processes.
  • You will provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities to our guests.
  • You will be responsible for handling guest complaints and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • You will work closely with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean and tidy.
  • You will be responsible for confirming group reservations and arranging personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees.
  • You will maintain updated records of bookings and payments.
  • You will provide excellent customer service and ensure that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Requirements:

  • You must be fluent in English and Spanish, with any other languages being a plus.
  • You must have a strong team spirit and a keen sense of interpersonal skills.
  • You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask.
  • You must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • You must be able to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
