Sales Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team at Robert Walters. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals within the broker channel.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Strategic Sales Plans: Create and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue within the broker channel.
- Identify and Onboard New Brokers: Identify new business opportunities and onboard new brokers to expand our distribution network and market reach.
- Cultivate Strong Broker Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing brokers to drive retention and increase sales opportunities.
- Provide Product Training and Support: Provide product training and support to brokers to ensure they are equipped to effectively sell our health insurance offerings.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and underwriting, to address broker needs and drive product enhancements.
- Stay Informed about Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the health insurance market.
- Prepare and Deliver Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to brokers and internal stakeholders as needed.
- Monitor Sales Performance Metrics: Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular updates and forecasts to management.
- Resolve Broker Inquiries: Resolve broker inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Represent the Company: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and expand our network.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Related Field: A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Proven Track Record of Success in Sales: A proven track record of success in sales, particularly within the health insurance or related industry.
- Strong Understanding of Health Insurance Products: A strong understanding of health insurance products, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience Working with Brokers: Experience working with brokers and managing broker relationships is highly desirable.
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others effectively.
- Demonstrated Ability to Develop Strategic Sales Plans: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Self-Motivated with High Level of Initiative: Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Fluency in French and English Language: Fluency in French and English language.
