**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the overall sales strategy for the country.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets in hardware, building, and construction materials sectors.
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with clients and distributors.
- Analyse market trends to identify new sales opportunities and ensure competitive positioning.
- Mentor and develop the sales team to maximise their potential and achieve objectives.
- Monitor financial data to make informed decisions on pricing and resource allocation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or MBA
- Proven success in a similar role within the hardware or construction materials industry.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Ability to interpret and utilise financial data for strategic decisions.
- Should have a valid UAE Driving License

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
