**Job Description: Country Manager - Luggage**

**JOB LOCATION : QATAR/OMAN/KUWAIT.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Leadership**:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, market share growth, and profitability within the luggage sector.
- Identify emerging market trends and opportunities to drive business expansion.
- **Sales and Marketing Management**:

- Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve revenue goals and enhance brand visibility.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and pricing policies.
- **Operational Oversight**:

- Manage day-to-day operations including inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
- Ensure efficient supply chain operations and optimize inventory levels to meet demand.
- **Financial Performance**:

- Develop and manage the division’s budget, forecasts, and financial objectives.
- Monitor financial metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- **Market Analysis and Customer Insights**:

- Conduct market research and analysis to understand consumer preferences, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Utilize insights to refine product offerings, pricing strategies, and marketing approaches.
- **Team Leadership and Development**:

- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales, marketing, and operational professionals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer focus within the team.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, retailers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and responsiveness to client needs.
- **Compliance and Risk Management**:

- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Identify and mitigate operational and market risks that may impact business performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Country Manager or in a senior leadership role within the luggage or consumer goods industry.
- Strong understanding of luggage products, market trends, and distribution channels.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving business objectives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to travel within the assigned country and internationally as needed.
