**Country Sales Manager ONLY (M/F/o)**

**Brand House (ONLY + ONLY & SONS) MENA**

**Dubai**

**Responsibilities**:

- The goal for this position is the strategic development and expansion of ONLY in the MENA (Middle East North Africa) region with the following responsibilities:

- Managing sales by developing a business plan for the brand
- Development and implementation of sales strategies
- Budget planning and tracking sales goals
- Preparation and sale of collections to international partners
- Leading your ONLY teammate
- Support of existing customers & acquisition of new customers
- Promoting the brand and products
- Understand our customers and how they relate to our products
- Budget negotiations with business partners
- Market and competitor analyses as well as the acquisition of new customers
- Regular customer visits and marketing activities to exploit individual potentials
- Exchange with division and product managers in Denmark to achieve defined goals
- Participation in collection meetings in Denmark
- Close cooperation with Country Commercial Manager & Central functions

**Qualifications**:

- Entrepreneur & hands on mind set with independent, motivated, and reliable way of working
- Leadership experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills and dedication to great customer service
- Ability to think and act strategic
- Extraordinary sales talent with several years of experience in the têxtile industry (B2B or Retail)
- Good ability to analyze KPIs and willingness to make decisions
- Customer-focused as well as business-minded manner
- Digital affinity and sense for online sales trends
- Interest for the Middle East culture
- Pro-activity and flexibility
- Fluent in written and spoken English, other language as Arabic is a plus
