**Job Description: Country Manager - Powertools**
**Overview**: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Country Manager to lead our Powertools division. This role requires strategic leadership, strong business acumen, and a deep understanding of the powertools industry. The Country Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing operations, and expanding market share within the assigned region.
**JOB LOCATION : KUWAIT/OMAN.**
**Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Planning and Execution**:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify market opportunities, trends, and potential threats to formulate effective strategies.
- **Sales and Business Development**:
- Lead the sales team in achieving sales targets and expanding customer base.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and pricing policies.
- **Operational Management**:
- Oversee day-to-day operations including supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics.
- Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- **Financial Management**:
- Develop and manage the division’s budget, forecasts, and financial performance.
- Monitor financial metrics and KPIs to optimize profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- **Market Analysis and Competitor Monitoring**:
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Utilize insights to adjust strategies and capitalize on market opportunities.
- **Team Leadership and Development**:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of sales and operational professionals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues promptly.
- **Compliance and Risk Management**:
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Identify and mitigate operational and market risks that may impact business performance.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Country Manager or in a senior leadership role within the powertools or related industry.
- Deep understanding of powertools products, market dynamics, and distribution channels.
- Strong business acumen with a successful track record in sales and business development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to travel within the assigned region and internationally as needed.
