- At least 3 years of sales experience.
- Excellent command of Ukrainian and English.
- Successful experience in leading a team, the ability to effectively communicate and lead.
- Energy and persistence in achieving results.
- Ability to analyze data for strategic planning and decision making.
- Motivation and ability to create a productive atmosphere in the team.
- Understanding the processes of entering a new market and the skills of their implementation.
- Positive and ambitious personality with a focus on results.
- Experience in writing scripts and regulations for the sales department.
- Ability to work with office programs and CRM systems.

**Main duties and responsibilities**:

- Organization and management of the work of the sales department with the achievement of KPI indicators.
- Monitoring and analyzing the performance of managers based on established metrics.
- Development of a training system for department employees (knowledge base, objections, scripts, algorithms).
- Participation in the process of recruitment and adaptation of new team members.
- Analysis of competitor activities and the market situation.
- Cooperation with the management of the company.
- Development and implementation of sales department development strategies.
- Active increase of the client base together with the marketing department.
- Reporting and analysis of results.
