**Your Mission**

You will be responsible for the sales and distribution of Panerai in the Middle East (GCC + Levant) and oversee both the internal and external retail network performance in line with the maison strategy. You will also be in charge of P&L management, business development, people and operations management in close collaboration with brand headquarters and group.

- Internal & External Network management
- Sales and Profitability
- CRM Management
- P&L Ownership
- Assortment Strategy - Optimizing Network Value
- Retail and Wholesale Strategy

You will also be working closely with HQ on strategic initiatives that adds brand value for the local market.
