**Job Summary**:
The Head of Sales Department is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The Head of Sales Department will oversee all sales operations, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Experienced in working with the B&B segment in the markets of the USA, Latin America, Europe and South Africa.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Planning and Execution**:_

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business goals.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Set ambitious sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds them.
- **Team Leadership and Management**:_

Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.
- **Sales Operations**:_

Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.

Ensure the use of CRM systems for tracking sales activities and customer interactions.

Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- **Client Relationship Management**:_

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Address client concerns and ensure their satisfaction with products/services.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- **Budgeting and Financial Management**:_

Develop and manage the sales department budget.

Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective sales operations.

Prepare financial forecasts and sales reports for senior management.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:_

Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Communicate sales goals, strategies, and performance to the executive team.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- **Qualifications**:_

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Proven track record of success in a senior sales position, preferably in Engineering.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze and interpret sales data.

Ability to travel as needed.

Bilingual capability - English and Spanish required.
