**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Head of Sales to lead and scale the sales function at our growing IT startup. As the Head of Sales, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing a sales strategy that accelerates revenue growth, expands market presence, and builds long-term customer relationships. This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced environment, where you’ll wear multiple hats, build a sales team from the ground up, and have a direct impact on the company’s trajectory.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build a sales pipeline and drive the company's revenue and growth for the UAE & USA.
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team, for UAE & USA market.
- Be hands-on in executing daily sales operations, pitching to clients, and solving problems as they arise.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with early customers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention. Build a customer feedback loop to improve products and services.
- Contributing to strong renewal rates and upselling opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT space, including partnerships, enterprise clients, and strategic alliances for the UAE & USA market.

**Key Qualifications**
- **Experience**: 8+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably within an IT, SaaS, or tech startup environment.
- **Strong clientele Network**:   Must have a network in the company’s focus industries: Insurance, Manufacturing, Media and/or Retail
- **Entrepreneurial** **Mindset**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment, with a willingness to adapt and take on new challenges. Experience wearing multiple hats and growing sales functions from scratch.
- **Technical Acumen**:Deep understanding of IT solutions, software, and SaaS models, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field. MBA is a plus but not required.
- **Leadership Skills**: Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience in recruiting, mentoring, and managing high-performing sales teams.
