**About the job**

As our Head of Sales, you’re going to be the face of Payfuture and, along with the rest of the Business Development team, the first point of contact for potential merchants and third parties who want to partner with us as such, you will be accountable for new business development, revenue from new clients, and maintaining/growing current business with existing clients.

In addition, you will develop and enhance our existing sales strategy, methodology, and tools to capture key merchants. The role requires establishing continued contacts with new prospects, coordinating contacts between the team and proposed clients and serving as the principal client contact when necessary.

**As our Head of Sales, you will have these main objectives**:

- Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and maximise market penetration within the cryptocurrency, FX, and gambling industries
- Lead and Manage Sales Team: Recruit, onboard, and train a high-performing sales team. Provide leadership, guidance, and ongoing support to ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds sales goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners in cryptocurrency, FX, and gambling. Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with clients to develop customised payment solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Implement systems to track sales performance, monitor key metrics, and generate regular reports for senior management. Analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimise sales effectiveness.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication within the sales team and across departments. Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

**You will be a good fit if you**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of success preferably in the cryptocurrency, FX, or gambling industries.
- Deep understanding of payment processing technologies and trends within the cryptocurrency, FX, and gambling sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
