Operations Coordinator HR Assistant

**Job Summary**:
As an Operations Coordinator cum HR, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various operational tasks associated with health club while also providing support to the human resources department. You will work closely with management, employees, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and effective HR practices.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Operations Coordination**:
- Coordinate with Operations Manager/Club Manager and execute operational activities, ensuring efficient processes and adherence to organizational policies.
- Monitor and manage operational budgets, expenses, daily reports, and resources.
- Collaborate with different departments to streamline workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain operational procedures, guidelines, and documentation.
**Human Resources Support**:
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization.
- Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
- Assist in the administration of HR programs and policies, such leave management, and employee training.
**Communication and Collaboration**:
- Serve as a liaison between management, employees, and external partners, facilitating effective communication and information sharing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational initiatives and projects.
- Assist in the development and dissemination of internal communications, policies, and procedures.
**Compliance and Reporting**:
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Prepare HR-related reports, metrics, and analytics as needed.
- Support audits and investigations related to HR matters.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations coordination and/or human resources.
- Solid knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR-related software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality.
**Salary**: From AED1.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
License/Certification:
- UAE Driving License (preferred)
