Executive Assistant to Coo

We are looking for an amazing and organized Personal Assistant to support our COO on complex tasks
What you will do
- Act as the point of contact between the COO and internal/external clients
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondences
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Take minutes of meetings and follow up on completion of tasks
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Devise and maintain office filing system
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as an Executive Assistant
- Possess a degree in PR/Communication/Marketing and/or have experience working in PR & Communications company is a must
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage
