*Job Description:*
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Development Representative with prior experience in corporate cold calling to join our team. The initial period (2 months) will serve as a trial focused on assessing fit and skills. We are a growing company with massive opportunities for career advancement. Once you demonstrate good performance and consistently meet KPIs, you will transition to an account executive role encompassing full sales closing responsibilities and the management of appointment setters, effectively becoming the Head of Sales with very generous compensation.

- Excellent spoken English, tonality, and communication skills (accents are okay as long as you can be clearly understood; if you don’t accept any sort of accents, specify here, but it’s usually fine. I've seen a lot of people with slight accents who do very well.)
- Willingness to engage in cold calling
- Strong Wi-Fi, computer connection, and a good microphone
- Bold, independent, and not afraid of rejection

*Who’s this not for:*
- Expecting warm leads handed on a silver platter and unwilling to work for them
- Poor communication skills or a big ego
- Weak English communication skills
- Inadequate Wi-Fi connection or a poor-quality microphone
*Offer Price Points:*
Different packages and offers for process automation priced between $10,000 and $20,000
*Work Schedule:*
9 AM to 5 PM US time, 5 days a week
Daily sales meeting at specified time, etc.
*Compensation:*
*Cold Caller:*
- Earn $100 for every appointment that shows.
- Expected to set 4-6 appointments per 100 cold calls.
- On-Target Earnings (OTE) for cold calling: Approximately $1,600 - $2,400 per month from appointments alone.
*Once you're promoted to closer/account exec:*
*Closer:*
- Earn 10% of the cash collected from closed deals.
- Expected closing rate of 20-25%.
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $12,500 per month
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Conduct 100 cold calls per day to prospective clients in the logistics sector within the US.
- Follow up with leads in the pipeline.
- Call for reminders and ensure appointments show up for scheduled calls.
- Qualify prospects and identify pain points and goals.
- Set appointments and secure meetings with potential clients.
- Earn for each appointment set and receive a percentage of the revenue from closed deals.
- Transition to a full closer role with responsibilities for managing and mentoring appointment setters after the initial 2 months, contingent on performance.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and ongoing collaboration.
- Adapt to various projects within the company, demonstrating flexibility and eagerness to explore new opportunities.
*Requirements:*
- Strong cold calling skills with the ability to make 100 dials per day.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Flexibility to start in approximately 2 weeks.
- Willingness to work remotely and manage time effectively.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
PAST EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED, BUT IS A PLUS.
