**Job Role | B2B Sales Representative for a US E-Commerce Company**

**Work Status: Full-time. 40 hours/week**

**Working schedule: Mondays to Fridays 9AM-5PM New York Timezone.**

MinMaxDeals is a wholesale distributor of branded cosmetics for e-commerce businesses.

MinMaxDeals has been trading since January 2019 as a highly reputable, trusted and reliable wholesale distributor of Luxury Brands in the world of cosmetics, makeup and fragrances in the United States and International markets.

We supply to high profile Chain Stores, Department Stores, Wholesalers, Perfume Chain Stores, major e-commerce traders and export to the rest of the world.

**About the role**:
**As our Sales Representative, you will**:
**Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

- Identify potential B2B clients through research, networking, and lead generation strategies.
- Qualify leads to determine their fit with the company's products or services.

**Consultative Selling**:

- Conduct in-depth needs analysis and consultations to understand the unique requirements of each B2B client.
- Present tailored solutions that address the client's challenges and demonstrate the value of the company's offerings.
- Customize product presentations and demonstrations to showcase how they meet the client's specific needs.

**Relationship Building**:

- Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Regularly engage with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and maintain rapport.

**Solution Proposal and Negotiation**:

- Prepare comprehensive proposals that outline the recommended products, services, and pricing structures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals align with the client's needs and company capabilities.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contract agreements to reach mutually beneficial outcomes.

- Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
- Continuously track the progress of leads and opportunities, updating their status and relevant details.
- Forecast potential deals and revenue for management planning purposes.

**Market Research and Competitive Analysis**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' offerings.
- Use market insights to position the company's products effectively and highlight their unique value proposition.

**Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams**:

- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Share client feedback and insights to contribute to product improvements and enhancements.

**Meeting Sales Targets**:

- Set and achieve sales targets and quotas as established by the company.
- Continuously strive to exceed targets and contribute to the company's revenue goals.

**Post-Sale Relationship Management**:

- Ensure successful onboarding of new clients, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure a smooth transition.
- Maintain ongoing communication to address any issues, offer additional assistance, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Provide regular sales reports and performance analyses to management.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and improve results.

**Qualifications**:
As our Sales Representative, you bring to us your:

- **Minimum of 3 years experience in Sales.**:

- **Strong experience in a B2B Sales Environment.**:

- **With experience working in E-Commerce, Cosmetics and FMCG industry.**:

- Exceptional negotiation and selling skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and maintain a high level of energy on prolonged sales calls.

**Non-Negotiables**:

- **Minimum of 3 years experience in Sales.**:

- **Strong experience in a B2B Sales Environment.**:

- **With experience working in E-Commerce, Cosmetics and FMCG industry.**:

- Experience with Amazon Marketplace (Seller Central, Amazon Policies, Guidelines, Regulations such as ungating, approvals, preparation procedures, etc) is a HUGE plus
