Sunreef Yachts is an unquestionable leader in designing and manufacturing luxury catamarans, representing the Polish yacht industry at numerous international nautical fairs, including Monaco, Cannes, Miami, Dubai and Fort Lauderdale.

Main responsibilities **Zoho CRM Developer/ Administrator **are as follows but not limited to:
**Project Development Responsibilities**
- Understand software requirements and map them to Zoho products and features.
- Involved in the complete project and software development lifecycle from scoping/requirement gathering, system design, end user testing, assist in training, roll out a user support.
- Understand business processes and requirements of internal teams to implement and customize various modules in the relevant Zoho Application
- Improve architecture and optimize the performance of complex Zoho-based implementations.
- Creation of custom tools and scripts to automate various business processes.
- Data migration to and from different systems into Zoho CRM or other platforms.
- Documentation of the work performed and help build a knowledge base.
- Communicate with external parties to source or communicate information as projects required.
- Own the entire development life cycle from concept to production, as well as support.
- Test changes and solutions in development environments (sandbox) prior to go-live.

**Admin Responsibilities**
- Provide on-site support for ad hoc requests, coding, live chat, lookup and company module data sync between CRM and Analytics.
- Maintain data integrity, perform data migrations, and manage data flow between systems.
- Understand & resolve any issues with lead capturing from webform to CRM fields, either through third-party APIs or coding with in-house web developers.
- Develop and manage user access privileges, homepage dashboard, module, and field level customizations.
- Create and maintain automation using workflows, custom functions and widgets.

**Support Responsibilities**
- Investigate and troubleshoot day to day issues in leads and opportunities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, as well as provide ongoing support and training to end users.
- Stay up to date with the latest Zoho features and updates, ensuring that the company takes full advantage of the platform's capabilities.
- Create documentation for changes and updates for end users.
- Test fixes to ensure bugs and issues have been resolved.

**Technical Skills**
- Experience: 2 - 3 years, specially Zoho Creator, Zoho Projects, Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM
- Knowledge of Zoho Products: Zoho One, Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Project, Zoho Deluge, Zoho Dataprep, Zoho Flow, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Desk, Zoho Forms Certifications: Zoho Creator Certified (Highly Preferable)
- Specific skills: Deluge Script, Rest APIs, Integration with Zoho Apps and Third - Party Platforms, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, basic knowledge of Web Development (WordPress or NodeJS) and SQL
- In-depth knowledge of all Zoho One Apps mainly: CRM, Analytics, Books, Sales IQ, Desk, Survey and Campaigns.
- Ability to create logical workflows, relevant field creation and data mapping.
- Experience with Zoho Deluge, workflow rules, custom functions.

**Professional Skills**
- Able to work independently and as part of an international team.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills for collaboration with team members, management and customers directly.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Basic** **Qualifications**
- Degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or any other related field; or equivalent work experience.
- 3-4 years of experience working in the Zoho, Salesforce, or general ERP space.
- Essential: Familiar with software development lifecycle.
- Preferred: Zoho Certified Administrator, Zoho Certified Developer
