**Role : Executive - Business Developement**
**LOCATION : RAS AL KAIMAH**
**Overview**: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth for our company. This role requires an individual with strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in sales or business development.
**Responsibilities**:
**Market Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and new market opportunities.
- Analyze industry trends and competitive landscapes to formulate strategic plans.
**Lead Generation**:
- Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Qualify leads and prioritize opportunities based on the company's strategic goals.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand clients' needs and customize solutions to meet their business objectives.
**Proposal Development**:
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
- Negotiate terms and close agreements with clients to achieve sales targets.
**Collaboration and Coordination**:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
**Performance Tracking and Reporting**:
- Track sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to management.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 Years of proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or a relevant role.
- Must have experience in Finance service Industry
- Strong knowledge of market research and sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Financial Service: 2 years (required)
- Business Developments: 4 years (preferred)
