**Responsibilities**:
**Prospecting and Lead Generation**
- Researching and identifying potential clients and market segments.

**Client Engagement & Relation Building**
- Initiating contact with prospective clients and establishing rapport.
- Conducting presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings.
- Understanding client needs and requirements, and proposing tailored solutions.

**Proposal Development & Negotiation**
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop customized proposals and solutions.
- Negotiating terms and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Closing deals and securing contracts with clients.

**Market Analysis & Strategy**
- Monitoring industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Analyzing market data to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Developing strategic plans to penetrate new markets and. increase market share.

**Pipeline Management and Reporting**
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM software.
- Tracking progress against sales targets and KPIs.
- Providing regular reports and updates to management on sales performance and pipeline activity.

**Qualifications**:

- BBA or MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2 years UAE experience of business development and hardcore sales in education sector.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in Zoho CRM software, Skooly and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the Beauty and Aesthetic industry is a plus.

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
