Head of Sales

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Leadership:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand our client base.
- Lead and manage the sales team to meet or exceed targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
2. Client Acquisition and Retention:
- Identify and approach potential clients interested in buying or selling luxury goods via cryptocurrency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and luxury brands.
- Develop customised packages for clients to facilitate their transactions in the crypto market.
3. Business Development:
- Explore and establish new business partnerships and alliances.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies.
4. Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct market research to stay updated on the latest trends in the luxury goods and crypto markets.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the company's market presence.
- Develop and refine the company's value proposition for luxury goods in the crypto market.
5. Operational Management:
- Oversee the sales operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in processes.
- Implement CRM systems and other tools to manage client interactions and sales processes.
- Report on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the luxury goods or crypto market.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and key industry stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with digital marketing and online sales strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Knowledge of international markets and regulations related to luxury goods and cryptocurrencies.
