As a sales manager for a cleaning company, your role involves overseeing all sales activities related to the company's cleaning services. Your primary responsibilities include:

- **Sales Strategy Development**: Create and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals, such as increasing revenue, acquiring new clients, and retaining existing clients.
- **Lead Generation**: Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, digital marketing, and partnerships with other businesses.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that align with the company's services.
- **Sales Team Management**: Lead and motivate the sales team, set sales targets, provide training, and monitor performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- **Proposal and Contract Negotiation**: Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients, ensuring terms are favorable for both the company and the client.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitors in the cleaning industry, and use this information to develop sales strategies.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Monitor sales metrics, prepare regular sales reports, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions.
- **Customer Service**: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively, and maintaining open communication with clients.
- **Budget Management**: Manage the sales budget effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and track expenses to ensure profitability.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of industry developments, new cleaning technologies, and best practices to stay competitive in the market and provide innovative solutions to clients.
- **Social Media Management**: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- **Content Creation**: Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including posts, videos, graphics, and articles, to showcase the company's services, expertise, and customer testimonials.
- **Platform Management**: Manage and optimize social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) by regularly posting updates, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring analytics to track performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- **Community Building**: Build and nurture online communities by interacting with followers, participating in relevant discussions, and collaborating with influencers or industry partners to expand reach and credibility.
- **Social Advertising**: Plan and implement targeted social media advertising campaigns to reach specific demographics, promote offers, and drive traffic to the company's website or landing pages.
- **Segmentation and Personalization**: Segment client lists based on demographics, behavior, or interests, and tailor messaging to each segment to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- **Automation and Integration**: Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline mass messaging processes, schedule campaigns, track responses, and integrate with customer relationship management (CRM) systems for data management and follow-up.
- **Analytics and Optimization**: Monitor and analyze the performance of mass messaging campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI, and use insights to optimize messaging strategies for better results.**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the cleaning service industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and developing successful sales strategies.
- Strong understanding of social media management, digital marketing, and mass messaging techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance, and best practices.
- Flexibility to travel for client meetings, industry events, and training sessions as needed.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
