Position Summary
Implement the Home Appliances B2B Channel Strategy with Cooking / Lifestyle Line up.
Role and Responsibilities
- Cultivate and develop new business relationships and serve as a trusted business consultant to senior decision-makers
- Assume a lead role in managing sales opportunities and customer negotiations
- Identify proficient sales strategies and tactics for generating leads and closing business
- Develop strong relationships with key strategic partners and, when appropriate, orchestrate the sales process through channel partners
- Assist the marketing team to help you best target regional prospects
- Manage and coordinate the implementation of the platform solutions and projects for the B2B clients and partners
- Drive and implement the new business model to enhance sales penetration and customer experience
- Manage the distribution channels and meet sales and profitability targets
- Build a strong pipeline by proactively identifying viable markets, new partnerships & business opportunities
- Manage business negotiations, sales, closing deals, and preparation of contracts
- Actively contribute to building a forward-looking growth path
- Develop a sales plan for the business, driving leads, acquiring new business
- Manage the marketing budget and lead business optimization initiatives
Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields. MBA is preferable
- Minimum 8 years in B2B or project sales capacity
- Proven oral and written communication abilities and good listening skills
- UAE Market Knowledge is Mandatory
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
- Ability to succeed working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Operations and Marketing.
