IT Onboarding Coordinator

**About this opportunity**
**What you will do**
The main responsibilities of Onboarding Coordinator would be:
- Identify the operations SPOCs and work closely with them on all onboarding related activities
- Participate in the design discussion and highlight gaps/issues
- Ensure smooth transition of new Solutions/ expansions/ Applications to production environment
- Ensure compliance and adherence to regulatory, statutory and governance requirements
- Ensure standards of services / SLA’s are aligned with business objectives
- Documents the risks and snags for onboarding completion and coordinate with for timely closure of remediation plans
- Support in tracking of audits, the audit follow-up schedule, and centrally storing audit reports
**You will bring**
- Education: Graduate in Telecommunications / Computer Science OR similar
- Experience: 2+ Years of Experience in IT / Telecom Operations
- Excellent verbal and written English skills along with Project tracking and status reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Self motivated for learning and innovation
- Able to balance the task planning along with hands-on work to ensure completing the assigned tasks as per schedule
