We're hiring for one of the UAE's largest gifting firms. Looking for an Assistant Manager/ Brand Onboarding Manager.

Location
- Dubai

Working Days
- Monday-Saturday (Alternative Saturdays Off)
Experience-5-8 Years

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding process for new brands, ensuring a seamless integration into the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information, assets, and materials required for brand onboarding.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand each brand's positioning, target audience, and competitive landscape

- Coordinate with the marketing team to create and execute customized branding strategies for each new brand, aligning with overall company goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from onboarding to market launch.
- Safeguard brand integrity by enforcing brand guidelines and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of each brand post-onboarding, making necessary adjustments to enhance brand visibility and impact.
- Maintain detailed records of brand onboarding activities, including timelines, deliverables, and key milestones.
- Provide regular reports to management on the progress of brand onboarding initiatives.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of branding principles and marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
