Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinator

Our client is one of the leading online shopping sites in the Middle East, looking to hire a Temporary Recruiter for a 3-months contract who can join their Dubai team immediately.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or any relevant education.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience as a recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) in the E-commerce industry in the UAE.
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
- Familiarity with HR databases, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Responsibilities**:
- End to end recruitment process.
- Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
Work Location: Dubai Design District
Work Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM / Monday to Friday
Can join immediately
**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
