Administration Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Overseeing the office environment, administration and documentation for Directors and Executive Management
- Providing general secretarial services for Directors
- Liaising and coordinating instructions with concerned department and affiliates
- Organizing trips abroad for Directors and Executive Management, Office Sales and After Sales Team Including, but not limited to:
- Arranging flights, accommodation, travel insurance, liaising with customer, etc.
- Processing new and renewal of employment visas, Trade License, Office Lease and all related to Jafza services through Jafza Portal
- Processing and filling of expenses reports, including International Sales Team
- Arranging hotel and transportation for external visitors (customers, auditors, affiliates)
- Organizing yearly budget and sales meeting
- Dealing with local vendors for insurance providers, stationery, general office supplies
- Handling local and international courier, document control and managing filling system
- Other jobs upon request
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree major in Business Administration or related fields
- At least 3 years practical experience in Administration function with multinational company
- Good command of both verbal and written English
- Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per year
