Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and supporting team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administrative Support:

- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
- Communication:

- Act as a point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Office Management:

- Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries as needed.
- Assist with organizing office events and activities.
- Record Keeping:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transactions, expenses, and other administrative data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all documentation.
- Other Duties:

- Support other departments with administrative tasks as requested.
- Assist in onboarding and training of new staff.

Qualifications:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Previous experience in administrative roles (1-3 years preferred).
- Skills:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Working Conditions:

- Office/working from home role, typically working standard business hours.
- May occasionally require overtime during peak periods.

Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Admin Executive Assistant: 3 years (preferred)

**Location**:

- Abu Dhabi (required)
