Executive Office Administrator

Organizes, administers and coordinates office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency in the Office of the Chief Executive Officer.
- Perform a wide variety of highly complex administrative and secretarial duties and provides the Chief Executive Officer with a trusted administrative service.
- This includes preparing correspondence, making appointments, scheduling meetings, receiving visitors, answering queries, providing information and keeping the Chief Executive Officer with all relevant information.
- Maintains a highly organized filing system congruent with the highly demanding requirements of the Chief Executive Officer for the information flow, to ensure the confidentiality and correctness of the provided services.

**Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in office management / administration, secretarial fields.
- Knowledge of the basic principles of business and management, office administration, accounts, data and administrative management practices and procedures.
- Full knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- High-level verbal and written communications skills.
- Discretion with personal and confidential information
- Knowledge of business and management principles, office administration, accounts, data and administrative management practices and procedures and relevant office software packages
