Administrative Assistant

**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role as an Administrative Officer located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for general administration, communication, administrative assistance, customer service, and organization skills. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing office operations, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, providing support to staff and clients, and maintaining organized records.
Job Duties:
1. Oversee daily administrative operations, including coordinating schedules, managing office supplies, and ensuring smooth workflow.
3. Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
4. Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as required. This may include drafting memos, compiling data, and organizing information for executive review.
5. Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
6. Coordinate logistics for company events, meetings, and conferences, including venue selection, catering, and scheduling.
7. Provide administrative support to executives and other team members as needed, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and handling inquiries.
8. Oversee office facilities and equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained and in working order.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred.
2. Two years of experience in the field
3. Strong organizational abilities are essential for managing multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
4. Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining accurate records, proofreading documents, and ensuring quality in all tasks.
5. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work independently with mínimal supervision.
7. Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and interacting with stakeholders.
