**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare accurate and timely estimates based on project requirements.
- Generate invoices in accordance with company policies and ensure their correctness.
- Send invoices to clients promptly and professionally.
- Follow up on outstanding payments to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Maintain organized records of all estimates, invoices, and payment communications.
- Collaborate with the accounts and sales teams to ensure smooth billing and collection processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in estimate preparation, invoicing, and payment follow-up (preferably in a similar role).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
