- Receive and coordinate to handle complaints and customer complaints from all channels._
- Synthesize and report analysis of customer suggestions/complaints/complaints on a weekly/monthly/weekly basis, alerting to potentially escalatory or sensitive complaints._
- Perform other duties as assigned by superiors._
- Research to collect data and analyze the needs and behaviors of each customer group._
- Building a system of standards, building journeys/touchpoints to improve customer experience._
