Agent for Resolving Customer Complaints

**_Job Description:_**:
- Ensure all orders are fully archived for tracking if needed_
- Identify and report priority issues and report to senior management._
- Support the team when needed_
- Pass the monthly test and training courses to improve your skills_
- Receive phone calls from customers and advise products professionally_
- Ensure all received orders are processed into the system, forwarded to other departments such as accounts receivable department, logistics and deliveryin an accurate and timely manner._
- Handling and resolving customer complaints related to orders, products and services_
**_ Job Requirements:_**:
- _Know how to use office computer (basic excel)._
- _Priority newly graduated students._
- _No experience required, professional training will be provided._
- _Can work overtime._
- _Typing speed is fast, careful and accurate._
