**Responsibilities**:
Recruitment Support:
Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.

Employee Records Management:
Maintain accurate and up
- to
- date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.

Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

Benefits Administration:
Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.

Assist employees with benefits
- related inquiries.

Time and Attendance:
Track and manage employee time and attendance records.

Address attendance
- related queries and discrepancies.

HR Documentation:
Prepare and maintain HR documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and policies.

Assist in updating and distributing the employee handbook.

Employee Relations:
Assist in handling employee relations matters by documenting issues, conducting initial investigations, and collaborating with HR management on resolutions.

Promote a positive work environment and employee morale.

Training and Development:
Coordinate training sessions and workshops.

Track employee training records and ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.

Compliance:
Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Participate in audits and implement corrective actions as needed.

**Requirements to apply**:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar role.

Knowledge of HR processes, procedures, and best practices.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
