HR Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities -**
- Proven experience in various HR roles and Talent Acquisition.
- Manage end-to-end Recruitment activities within and outside UAE, for both white collar and blue-collar jobs.
- Perform salary analysis, prepare Job Offer and knowledge with employee mobilization and required documents.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff. Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
- Should have a hands-on experience in processing Work Permit and Visa or thru coordination with PRO.
- Should have good understanding in payroll processing and capable of preparing overtime reports.
- Support the department for any disciplinary and grievance issues and assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Ability to create policies, forms, memo and HR notices and letters.
- Prepare requests such as No Objection Certificates, Salary Certificates, Bank Letters, Employee Certificates, etc.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects. Support in other assigned functions.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
- Attend employee queries in a timely manner
- Being on the toes at all times and deliver results and outcomes
- Minimum of 3 years UAE experience is mandatory
**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
