Designation: HR & ADMIN ASSISTANT
**Job Description**:
Updating internal databases with new hire information
Maintaining employee records (soft and hard copies)
Creating and distributing guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like the total number of hires by department
Respond to employees’ questions.
Updating HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation, and sick leaves)
Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonuses, and leaves
Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training seminars
Coordinate with PRO for (visa processing, renewal, and Approvals)
Utility Bills/ tracking records and maintaining
License and insurance renewals and keeping records and maintaining
Job Location: Sajja
Education: Minimum Graduate or relevant in HR required
Experience: 1-2 years experience in same filed 1 year must in UAE
Skills: Digitally Literate with solid expertise in using Microsoft officer, Excellent problem-solving skills, Good verbal and written communication skills, Teamwork skills, and Basic knowledge of labor legislation

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
