**Responsibilities**:
**HR Documentation and Systems Management**:

- Maintain and update HR systems and documentation, including the Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies and guidelines, service agreements, and contracts of employment.
- Manage HR documentation in ERP software, ensuring accurate uploading and updating of employee documents and leave management.

**Employee Benefits Administration**:

- Administer employee benefits programs, including leave management, health insurance.
- Handle processing, renewal, and cancellation of employee health and accidental insurance.
- Help manage employee benefits and respond to employee inquiries.

**Recruitment and Onboarding**:

- Perform necessary background checks and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Oversee the onboarding process, introducing company policies, welcoming new employees, and facilitating their integration into the team, including arranging office and accommodation facilities.

**Visa Processing**:

- Manage employee visa processing, including renewals and cancellations.

**Employee Engagement**:

- Implement employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and special occasions throughout the year.
- Collaborate with teams to gather input on events and ensure activities align with employee interests and company culture.

**Administrative Oversight**:

- Oversee administrative tasks related to confirmations, transfers, and offboarding processes.
- Implement and manage HR policies and procedures in alignment with the company’s objectives.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles (preferably at least 1 year of experience)
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HR software and ERP systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
